How should I integrate OCTO into my routine?
Our Restorative Moisturizer is easily integrated into an existing regimen. The precision-crafted formula helps you streamline your skincare ritual, absorbing quickly onto freshly cleansed skin. Use on its own or layer over serum and under SPF for best results.
Does OCTO contain added fragrance?
The Restorative Moisturizer has zero added fragrance. Our intentional ingredients do have characteristic scent profiles that are of natural origin and design, which we do not alter. These natural fragrances are mild, earthy, and do not linger after application.
What kind of oils do you use?
Our Sanoma and Xanana oils are derived from the leaves and flowers of Amazonian shrubs. These nutrient-rich botanicals are optimized via fermentation and subsequently cold-pressed.
Of the ingredients we use, the only essential oil is Sandalwood oil. Known for its medicinal and cosmetic benefits, we leverage a small concentration of the calming terpenes to help kill acne causing bacteria and soothe skin. If you have a sensitivity, please patch test before using the product.
Can you explain your emulsion process?
The naturally occurring bioemulsifiers in our Lactobacillus Ferment (a unique postbiotic produced by a community of Lactobacillus species) allow the aqueous (water-based) and oily ingredients to form a stable creamy emulsion when combined. This blend delivers a host of nutrients, polysaccharides, bioactive phlorotanins, enzymes, and antioxidants, allowing each cream to be naturally self-stabilizing and self-preserving.
How should I store my Restorative Moisturizer?
In order to sustain the lifespan and potency of the biologically intact ingredients, keep products out of extreme heat, direct sunlight or refrigerated environments when storing them. We recommend using your cream within 3-6 months after opening.
Are all your ingredients vegan?
Our 8 ingredient blend is vegan, organic, non-GMO, hypoallergenic, and free of soy, gluten and nuts. We’ve crafted a rich moisturizer with the precise balance of natural ingredients necessary to be effective and safe for all skin types.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please log into your account. If you have not registered for an account, you can do so using the email address associated with your most recent order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account or email.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship to the contiguous United States, Washington DC, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are unable to send products to territories, Virgin Islands, or military / armed forces locations, and do not ship to P.O. boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience — we’re working to expand shipping as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once an order is placed, please anticipate a 24-48 hour processing window. After your order is packaged, the typical carrier will drop standard domestic packages in 3-5 business days. You may also select expedited or overnight shipping at checkout; however, please note that this shipping method still requires a 24-48 hour processing window that is nonnegotiable.
What if I have an issue with my item or delivery?
If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours. If you still have not received your order after this window has passed, please reach out to our client services team. If your product is broken or otherwise damaged, please document with pictures and email our team. We thank you for communicating all issues in detail.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. Please note that we do investigate all possible instances of fraudulent payment and reserve the right to cancel anything that is flagged as suspicious.
My payment won't process. What should I do?
If you have payment issues during checkout, we suggest contacting your bank or card issuer for assistance.
Will I be charged import duties and taxes for international orders?
Any order placed for delivery outside of the US could result in import duties and taxes (including VAT). We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information as customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country.
What is your return policy?
We accept domestic US returns on our full-sized collection within 30 days of your purchase date. Please note that we’re unable to support international returns, nor are we able to accept refund requests in the event of customs delays or holds beyond our control. How do I make a return?
If you meet the 30 day criteria, please navigate to our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. You will need your order number and billing zip code to get started.
What happens once my item is returned?
As soon as we receive your return we’ll review and proceed accordingly. Valid returns will process back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to review all items and/or refuse a return if we find that our policies have been abused. Please note we are not obligated to disclose our methods, other than to inform the customer that the refund request was denied for abuse of our return policy.
